About

Leah is a member of the State Bar of California, has a law degree from UC Law San Francisco (formally Hastings College of the Law), and a B.A. in History from UCSC. 

 

She combined her interest in history and the law as a legal oral historian for the UC Berkeley Oral History Center, where she also taught oral history workshops. For the last dozen years she has been an independent oral historian, during which time she has interviewed federal judges for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Historical Society as well as a wide variety of individuals for professional and family projects.

 

Her interview subject matter is diverse and includes law, medicine, science, social sciences, philanthropy, business and family history.
